THE VILLAGE The team The management of the «Village des Enfants» recruits the staff who supervise the children. At least 75% of the team of activity leaders hold a « BAFA » certificate and are employed on fixed term contracts: - 1 activity leader for 8 children for groups of children under the age of 6. - 1 activity leader for 12 children for groups of children over the age of 6         Managment / reception 1 permanent “BEATEP/BEESAPT” qualified manager 1 receptionist on a fixed term contract        Nursery :  2 states-registered nurses   2 nurses       Kindergarten : 1 “BAFA” qualified assistant manager on a fixed term contract 3 “BAFA” qualified activity leaders on fixed term contracts Extra team leaders during school holiday periods. 1 person for table service, cleaning and activities on a fixed term contract. 1 person for table service, cleaning and activities on a part time fixed term contract
