RESERVER VOTRE SEJOUR  Admission  Children must be aged between 3 and 13 years. They must want to enjoy their holiday at the “Village des Enfants” Children must not present any signs of an infectious illness. A full recovery or non-contagion certificate may be requested. In certain circumstances, handicapped children may be cared for wherever possible with the management’s consent. To be accompanied to ski lessons, children must be enrolled for the whole day the at “Village des Enfants» on one of the options below: Morning skiing + meal + afternoon childcare (*) Morning childcare + meal + afternoon skiing (*) (*) Parents are free to collect their child with the permission of the « Village » personnel, if given sufficient notification. Please note that children must satisfy two conditions to be eligible for the accompanied transport to ESF ski lessons service: be aged between 4 and 13 years be enrolled in the “Jardin des Enfants” or group ski lessons Please do not hesitate to contact the reception of the « Village des Enfants » if you have any individual requests. Due to the limited number of places, we advise you to reserve at least one month in advance.  The registration pack includes: A daycare centre registration form This form may be completed on-line and returned by email. See Village In this case we will examine your request and if places are available we will send a pre-reservation confirmation of your dates by mail. You will also receive a code. This code will allow you to enter the Confirm your reservation section where you will find: A health form and responsibility discharge form. These may be completed on-line and signed when you arrive in resort or printed in PDF format, completed by hand and returned to us by post. Means of payment information and link to safe on-line payment. This code also entitles you to consult the Club section where you will find: The « Village » entertainments program. Customer comments and the possibility to write about your own experience. Photo souvenirs of your children’s creations at the “Village” And plenty of other news … ESF Registration Form May be completed on-line and returned by email See ESF. In this case we examine your request and if your reservation is accepted by the ESF we will validate it as soon as your child’s registration has been confirmed at the “Village” A health and responsibility discharge form It is compulsory that this form is completed, signed and returned to the « Village » reception staff. Your children may not be admitted to the daycare centre without these documents. ”Village” reception staff may request your “Child Health Record”. This form is available from the Confirm your reservation section of the Internet site, which is accessible using the code that will be sent to you once your reservation is accepted. Any service reserved and paid for is final and definite. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds.
